Highly motivated professional with extensive experience teaching English as a Second Language to Portuguese speakers of different age groups (children - teens - adults and seniors). Over 25 years teaching English as a Second Language, Scientific English and for other specific purposes. A professor and researcher with international scientific experience: BSc and BA in Education, MSc. Applied Ecology and PhD in Environmental Microbiology. Besides teaching English as a Second Language to Portuguese speakers, I also tutor undergraduates, postgraduates and professors in Science (English and Portuguese) for Scientific events, Oral Presentations, Posters, Scientific Writing and Research. All my lessons are customised focused on your specific needs. I use real-life situations and an array of material to guide you through your journey.
